We are happy to continue offering returns on MOST items at The Inspired Shop. However, due to the rising cost of postage, we are making a slight adjustment to our return policy.
Effective immediately, customers will be responsible for the full cost of shipping when returning an item. The Inspired Shop will no longer provide return shipping labels.

How to Request a Return:
To request a return, please log in to your customer profile on our website. Locate the order containing the item you would like to return and submit a return request.
Please wait until your return has been approved before mailing your item back. Do not send an item back without an approved return request.
While we accept returns on MOST items, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
We do not accept returns on:
Clothing items that have been washed or worn. Clothing may be tried on, but must not be washed or worn.
Shoes that have been worn. Shoes may be tried on, but must not be worn outside or show signs of use.
Jewelry that has been worn.
Any battery-operated items, including watches and electronics.
Fragrances.
Items purchased from our Premium Clothing collection.
