If an item falls into one of these categories, it will not be eligible for a return.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy! Simply follow these steps:

2️⃣ Click the profile icon and log in to your customer account.
3️⃣ Go to "Orders."
4️⃣ Find the order containing the item you'd like to return.
5️⃣ Click "Return Items."
6️⃣ Enter the requested information and submit your return request.
✨ Once your request is submitted, please allow us time to review it. A return request must be approved before the item is sent back.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping label.
✨ Your return shipping label will be emailed to you after your return request has been approved.
Please use the provided label to send your return back to us. Do not send your return using your own shipping label unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
Return Fee
Please note that a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for approved returns.
The $5 fee will automatically be deducted from your refund, so you do not need to pay it separately.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed for eligible items.
