Lost, Missing & Delayed Packages Policy

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn't arrive as expected. If your package appears to be lost in transit, we're here to help!

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking information has stopped updating or your package appears to be lost while in USPS possession, please contact our team.

We will work with USPS to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.

If USPS confirms that the package has been lost in transit, we will:

  • Replace the item(s) whenever possible, or

  • Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please:

  • Check around your property.

  • Check with household members and neighbors.

  • Contact your local post office for additional delivery information.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, as we are unable to control deliveries once they are completed.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is delayed, we ask that you allow additional time for delivery before reporting it as lost.
