Return Policy

At The Inspired Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns on select items; however, all returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.

  • The return must be approved by our team before being shipped back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the damage may be required so we can assist you promptly.

Return Processing Fee

A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to help cover shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Luggage

  • Electronics

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return processing fees.
