EXCITING NEWS – NEW RETURN POLICY IS HERE!
We are so excited to share an update many of you have been asking for… we are now offering RETURNS! 
We always want you to feel confident shopping with us, and this new policy is a big step toward making your experience even better. Please take a moment to review the return guidelines below 
Return Guidelines:• Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of receiving your item
• Items must be in new condition
• Items cannot be worn or laundered (trying on is totally okay!)
• Shoes may only be tried on indoors – they cannot be worn outside
• Giveaway items are excluded from the return policy. They cannot be returned
• At this time, we are not offering exchanges – returns only
Return Shipping Options:• You may purchase and send your own return label, OR
• We can provide a return label for you — $5 will be deducted from your refund total
Refund Details:• Refunds are issued only after we receive the item back and confirm it’s in good condition
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used
• Once processed, refunds can take 2–7 business days to fully complete
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed
