All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package leaves our facility, delivery timing, scanning updates, and final delivery are handled by USPS.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please review the steps below carefully. We are absolutely willing to help — but specific steps must be completed first.
? If Your Package Shows “Delivered” But You Have Not Received It
USPS sometimes scans packages as delivered before they are physically placed at your door. In many cases, packages arrive within 24–48 hours.
Before contacting us, please:

Verify your shipping address is correct.

Check around your home (mailbox, porch, garage, side doors).

Ask household members if they accepted the package.

Check with neighbors.

Wait 48 hours from the marked delivery time.
If the package has not arrived after 48 hours:

Confirm delivery details with the route carrier
If USPS cannot locate the package, you must then proceed with a Missing Mail Search Request (see below).
? If Your Package Is “In Transit” With No Updates
It is common for tracking to pause while packages move between USPS facilities.
Please allow:

Up to 7 business days (Priority Mail)

Up to 10 business days (Ground Advantage)

Up to 14 business days (Media Mail)
If tracking has not updated after these timeframes:

Before we can send a replacement or issue a refund, a Missing Mail Search must be submitted through USPS.

This step is required because:

It officially documents the package as lost within the USPS system

It allows USPS to attempt recovery

It protects both you and our small business from fraudulent claims
Once you have submitted the search request, please send us confirmation of the submission.
? When We Can Issue a Replacement or Refund
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once:

A USPS Missing Mail Search has been submitted, AND
-
USPS confirms the package cannot be located, OR
-
There has been no tracking movement for 14+ business days after the search was initiated
We are committed to making things right — we simply require these steps first.
